Cooper being mischievous!
Today I had my grossest mommy moment to date! Cooper and I were meeting my mom and sister at Rivergate for some shopping...Sounds like fun, huh? He falls asleep in the car on the way up there. I park and get out his stroller and get it all set up, reach in to pull him out and wonder...What is that wet on my hand??? POOP!!!!!! He had pooped all over himself and it had came out both sides of his diaper, it is all over the car seat, he starts pumping his legs up and down and it gets all over his legs and feet. I can't put him back in the car seat, and I can't put him in the stroller that currently is the only thing not covered in CRAP. My mom and sister had gotten there before me so they were already inside Old Time Pottery shopping. So I am just trying desperately not to get it all over my clothes....I don't generally carry a change of clothes for myself....Maybe I should consider that from now on...and I finally get my cell phone out of my pocket and call inside and Sharon comes running out...Believe me this was a two or three person job to get him cleaned up! Nightmare...People are walking by and laughing because it was totally disgusting and I have him laid out in the hatch of my car trying to clean between his toes since he loves putting them in his mouth and trying to get him sanitized...So it was definitely a memorable day......You just can't help but laugh and I am sure it is a day that I will always remember. I have also learned the lesson that you never buy diapers just because you have a coupon for them. Go with what you know and I know that Huggies are not nearly as good as Pampers. No matter how gross it was...He is covered in Poop and still looks up and flashes you the biggest toothless smile you have ever seen! What a baby doll!
